We are not liable for any damages that may or may not occur during repair. Our warranty covers all items that are non-functional or defective. We are not responsible for the conduct of any repair service centre on how they utilize parts that have been supplied by us. If any part provided by us is damaged during the repair process, we will not be reimbursing for the same. Our Return, Exchanges and Refund policy
CanadianCellParts.com only accepts returned parts that are new and unused. Always ensure that you have thoroughly inspected the parts upon receipt. We do not accept any returns after 10 days of the receipt date have elapsed. $5.00 or 20% fee for restocking (whichever is higher) will be levied upon all fully functional or operational parts that are returned to CanadianCellParts.com for refund. To authorize a return (RMA), please get in touch with us through our contact us page or email us. If we issue a Return Authorization number, it does not necessarily follow that we will be issuing or executing the exchange or credit. It implies that we will accept the returned part or parts for evaluation. If the returned part or parts is not compliant with our return policy or is not in proper condition, we will reject the same. Parts that are returned without proper authorization will not be accepted by us. For every return that is not compliant with our authorization policy, we will either charge a restocking fee or send the part back at the cost of the sender. We handle all return requests on a case-by-case basis.
Our shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are no return, exchange or refund policy on repair tools.
Return shipping insurance and cost
Insurance and shipping costs of returns are the responsibility of the sender. The responsibility to return the part or parts safely and undamaged to us lies with the sender. In the case of replacements, however, we share the shipping costs. C.O.D deliveries are not accepted by us.
