Returns & Lifetime Warranty
At Canadian Cell Parts, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. That's why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on eligible parts for manufacturer defects.
Our goal is to make the return and warranty process simple, clear, and fair for our customers.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Our Lifetime Warranty covers eligible products that experience a functional or manufacturer-related defect during normal use. Examples may include:
- Display failure
- Touch functionality issues
- Defective components
- Other manufacturer-related functional problems
The warranty does not cover physical damage of any kind.
Physical Damage Is Not Covered
We cannot accept warranty returns for products that show signs of physical damage, including:
- Cracked or broken screens
- Scratches caused during installation or use
- Torn or damaged flex cables
- Bent, crushed, or broken components
- Liquid damage
- Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or misuse
Please inspect and test the product carefully before final installation whenever possible.
If your item has been physically damaged and you need to purchase a replacement, please contact our team before placing a new order. As a returning customer, we may be able to offer you a special discount on a replacement item.
Return Inspection
Once your return is received, our team will inspect and test the product to determine whether the issue is covered under our warranty.
Products that are physically damaged or otherwise outside the warranty conditions may not qualify for credit or refund.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once an approved RMA has been processed, the refund will be issued either:
- As store credit, or
- Back to the original credit card or payment method used for the purchase
Processing time may vary depending on the return and payment provider.
Important Return Shipping Information
Please package all returned items securely. Canadian Cell Parts cannot accept responsibility for products that are damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.
